Inquiry & Discovery Call
Start by filling out the contact form, and we’ll schedule a quick 30-minute discovery call to discuss your business, goals, and vision. This helps us to see if we’re a good fit, and determine the best approach for your project!
Custom Proposal & Onboarding
Based on our call, I’ll craft a custom proposal outlining everything; scope, pricing, and timeline, so you know exactly what to expect. Within 24 hours, it’ll land in your inbox! If you’re ready to move forward, a 50% retainer is required to start the project.
Strategy & Creative Direction
Once you're officially on board, it’s time to dive deep into your brand! You’ll complete an in-depth questionnaire that helps shape the foundation of your brand. From there, I’ll curate two creative mood boards to guide the creative direction.
Brand Design & Revisions
(For Branding Packages)
This is where the magic happens! Using the One Concept Method, I’ll present a strategic and impactful brand identity that tells your story. With 3 rounds of revisions, we’ll fine-tune it until it’s *chef’s kiss* perfection.
Website Mockups & Revisions
(For Website Packages)
With your branding, I’ll design a stunning, conversion-focused website that reflects your vision and attracts your dream clients. You’ll receive website mockups to review, with 3 rounds of revision to ensure your website aligns perfectly with your vision.
Website Development & Launch (For Website Packages)
Once the website design mockup is approved it’s time to bring your website to life! During the development process, I’m continuously testing that your website is mobile-optimized, responsive, and functional across all devices. After final testing, I’ll transfer the site to your account and set up your domain to go live!
Delivery & Launch Day
Wohoo! This is when you crack open the champagne and celebrate! Your new brand identity and/or website is officially yours! You'll receive website training videos, brand guideline document, logo suite, social media launch kit, and all final assets to launch with confidence.
FAQ
I primarily work with Wix Studio because of its limitless design flexibility and ease of use for my clients. However, I also work with Squarespace and Showit if they better suit your needs. These platforms allow clients to edit, update, and remove content without causing issues to the whole website. And with the training videos I provide, you will be even more confident in maintaining your website on your own!
Absolutely! You’ll receive a comprehensive brand guidelines packet that walks you through how to use your logos, colors, and where to purchase the proper font license (if needed). My goal is to ensure you feel 100% confident using your new brand identity and website.
You should have a clear idea of your target audience, business goals, and brand mission. It’s also helpful to think about what sets you apart from others in your industry. But don’t worry! We’ll refine and shape all of this together during the strategy phase!
For a smooth process, you’ll need to provide all necessary content and images for your website before our agreed start date, unless we’ve made other arrangements. If materials aren’t ready in time, your project may be rescheduled to a later date.
Before we even begin, an in-depth questionnaire helps us get aligned on your creative direction. In most cases, 3 rounds of revisions are enough to get everything just right! Each revision round allows you to submit as many changes as you’d like, as long as they’re all requested at once. If additional revisions are needed after the 3rd round, we can continue at my hourly rate.
Instead of overwhelming you with multiple scattered options, I use the One Concept Method, where I present one fully developed brand identity, including your logo suite, color palette, typography, and mockups, after we’ve aligned on creative direction. From there, we’ll refine it over 3 rounds of revisions to make sure it’s a perfect fit.
