I primarily work with Wix Studio because of its limitless design flexibility and ease of use for my clients. However, I also work with Squarespace and Showit if they better suit your needs. These platforms allow clients to edit, update, and remove content without causing issues to the whole website. And with the training videos I provide, you will be even more confident in maintaining your website on your own!
Absolutely! You’ll receive a comprehensive brand guidelines packet that walks you through how to use your logos, colors, and where to purchase the proper font license (if needed). My goal is to ensure you feel 100% confident using your new brand identity and website.
You should have a clear idea of your target audience, business goals, and brand mission. It’s also helpful to think about what sets you apart from others in your industry. But don’t worry! We’ll refine and shape all of this together during the strategy phase!
For a smooth process, you’ll need to provide all necessary content and images for your website before our agreed start date, unless we’ve made other arrangements. If materials aren’t ready in time, your project may be rescheduled to a later date.
Before we even begin, an in-depth questionnaire helps us get aligned on your creative direction. In most cases, 3 rounds of revisions are enough to get everything just right! Each revision round allows you to submit as many changes as you’d like, as long as they’re all requested at once. If additional revisions are needed after the 3rd round, we can continue at my hourly rate.
Instead of overwhelming you with multiple scattered options, I use the One Concept Method, where I present one fully developed brand identity, including your logo suite, color palette, typography, and mockups, after we’ve aligned on creative direction. From there, we’ll refine it over 3 rounds of revisions to make sure it’s a perfect fit.
